HR Reporting Analyst

• Dayforce HCM Systems Administrator carrying out tasks related to user passwords, role security and payroll configuration. • Carrying out extensive analysis of ADP Payroll data in comparison with Dayforce Payroll data in preparation for go-live of Dayforce Payroll system for Australian employees and advising Payroll team members of any identified discrepancies. This ensures that employees are paid correctly in the first Dayforce pay run. This analysis was made possible by importing both ADP and Dayforce data into a SQL Server database and carrying out detailed SQL queries using full outer joins to compare data that existed in both systems as well as identifying employees that may have existed in 1 system but not the other. • Developing custom reports for Dayforce users with specific requirements to display data from Employee Personal Details and modules such as Payroll, Learning Workforce Scheduling and Performance. • Developed automated tasks to simplify tasks for HR team members to highlight issues such as employee anniversaries, expiring employee visas and incomplete onboarding tasks. • Developing custom SQL scripts to produce XML files which are then imported into the Dayforce system to allow bulk changes of employee data, therefore saving time spent by manual data entry tasks.
