I managed a BOB of Key Strategic Accounts (DACH Region) covering all operational matters of digital advertising campaigns (native, video and display, including Xbox), from campaign setup and monitoring to post-campaign analysis, collaborating closely with several on- and offshore teams, plus ensuring retention and revenue growth by up-selling and cross-selling Yahoo advertising solutions. I have managed a budget value of over 1 million euros per quarter. I cemented relationships with clients by providing the best possible service I could, pro-actively making valuable recommendations to improve delivery and performance and achieve set KPIs and goals. This has helped me consistently meet my quarterly revenue goals. I led the EMEA SME group on advanced ads (including Dynamic Creative Optimisation and Dynamic Product Ads for Retail) by setting quarterly goals, arranging training, delegating tasks, discussing how to improve efficiency and service level, and drafting relevant documentation.
