At the University of Finance and Administration I teach several subjects, among which Psychology in Marketing Communication, Advertising, Project and Process Management, Presentation Skills and Communication Skills, at a bachelor and master level. At the same time, I am a thesis supervisor. My teaching and supervision practice makes use of research findings in how to improve the outcome of a teaching exercise for the benefit of my students. And one part of teaching is coaching my students towards an understanding of both the subject matter as well as of understanding their own skills and traits to improve their learning and be able build on these skills in a healthy manner.
