Tina is amazing to work with and was instrumental in the transformation of our program. With her invaluable expertise and guidance, we created a Theory of Change framework and strategic plan for the program that helped us set realistic goals and delineate a clear path to increase the impact of our work. This framework is also proving extremely helpful in clearly conveying the value of our program to potential partners, stakeholders, and new staff members. I cannot recommend Tina enough, she is insightful, an amazing communicator, and deeply committed to helping organizations achieve their goals under the framework of DEIJ and sustainability.

I first met Tina on the National Wildlife Federation Equity and Justice Steering Committee where she modeled her excellent project and event management skills in organizing our in-person meeting. Her leadership and contributions to the group were so valuable, and I could tell that Tina is someone I always want on my team. More recently, Tina shared her wisdom on the history of racism in the conservation movement with my colleagues at Washington’s National Park Fund with grace and humility. She asked challenging questions in a clear, easy to understand way and ensured we could move forward with our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in a thoughtful and focused approach. I would recommend Tina Wong in a heartbeat to those, like us, who need help advancing this important work.

I recommend Tina Wong without reservation and with great enthusiasm. I’ve known Tina to be dedicated to conserving the earths biosphere, to equity inclusion and justice, and to keeping the wonder of the wild alive in our children and future leaders. Tina is a master logistics leader and attentive to details. She is an active listener and thoughtful, respectful collaborator. Perhaps most importantly, Tina leads from the heart. This is the kind of leader we need today.
