Sin duda , Mattia no sólo es un gran gran profesional , es una gran ser humano . Trabajé para su equipo por tres años y encontré un ser humano de grandes cualidades humanas. Se preocupaba por enseñar, por corregir con tacto, por que su equipo aprendiera de forma correcta , entiende muy bien el mercado americano, europeo y Latinoamericano. Es muy difícil encontrar personas de este nivel intelectual y humano. Agradeceré siempre la mano que me tendió y su entera confianza. Todo lo que aprendí de el sobre la industria del audio. Además tiene un gran sentido del humor.

Mattia and I were matched via the mentoring program administered by Everwise. Mattia was my second Everwise mentor and one of many I’ve had throughout my career, however, Mattia was the most helpful and most effective I’ve had in my professional life. At the time, I struggled more with personal direction than I did professional career (balancing a part time career in photography with a full time career in tech operations). Most mentors are prepared to address work-related issues, but few can help with the struggles of living a purposeful & balanced life. Mattia helped me add structure to my thoughts and get to the core of actions by asking who/what/why. Through this structure I was able to organize my values & interests, set and evaluate relevant and achievable personal goals, and learn how to celebrate the small successes along the way to ensure I did not lose momentum.
