Badhri is one of the secret gems in any startup or mainstream services organization. He has not only learned how to deliver a "big practice services" SaaS deployment, but was able to step up to provide pre-sales as well as post deployment guidance to SmartTurn's customers. I managed his services team through his direct manager, but we were small enough to allow me to engage directly and in some cases guide his career. A solid performer, and good chap to work with and an all rounder. I highly recommend him
