Andrew is an asset to any team or project on which he works. He was due to start working on a project which was then amalgamated with 2 other projects. Andrew managed to hit the ground running, despite having only recently started with the company, performing some very complex analysis of the business systems, and the project interdependencies. His background means that he was able to discuss technical details confidently with the senior developers, yet he was fully business-focussed on the wider impact when having discussions and running requirements workshops with our business colleagues.
