Elisia is a superstar! I’ve had the great privilege to work with Elisia over the last year when she joined Flipcause as a Client Services Representative. Elisia exceeded our expectations when she represented Flipcause in conversations with hundreds of our nonprofit clients. In 2018, Elisia contributed to our growth targets by helping us maintain extraordinarily low churn and client response times. She also went above and beyond her role by helping us optimize our success systems and providing valuable feedback on how we can be more efficient. Elisia made it easy for us to stay true to our mission and serve some of the smallest nonprofits in the country. She’s been a pleasure to work with and I’m positive she will add a ton a value to any team she joins in the future!

As a Client Services Rep, I fielded 8-16, 15-40 minute support calls per day & completed an average of 30 tasks a day (responding to inbound emails). With a firm grasp fo Flipcause's features and services, I was able to present Flipcause in a fun and professional way to help nonprofits utilize our tools to their full advantage. I maintained, managed, and updated client accounts using Salesforce. My calls ranged from introducing the tools to a new employee of the client to assisting in creating landing pages for a range of fundraising efforts from events to days of giving and marathons. By providing the support our clients needed, our team was able to maintain an extraordinarily low churn. After the feedback I provided to leadership, we restructured our approach to responding to clients in a timely manner. Through this change, our client response times significantly decreased. Though not in my original job description to save potential cancellations or re-sign former clients, I was able to connect with a client who had canceled their account a few months prior. Through my phone call, I was able to communicate the needed information to reactivate their account as a Flipcause client with an annual payment processed the same day (May 2018).I received the following feedback from various clients:"Elisia was extremely patient and helpful. Above and beyond!" (March 2019)"Elisia was by far the most helpful rep I have EVER worked with in an online capacity. Super easy to communicate with for someone like myself with very little tech savy." (December 2018)"We have a more manageable website, thanks Elisia!" (July 2018)"Elisia and I have been working on the final piece to a puzzle several years in the making. This was not a simple task. Her dedication, expertise, and ability to teach, have set me up to slip that puzzle piece into place. This will be quite an accomplishment; one that hopefully will serve other people trying to solve their own puzzles for decades"

Additionally we have been developing educational plans to help raise awareness of The Wooster Fund, the unrestricted giving fund for students/campus.
