During my time at Hidden Creative, I developed Augmented Reality applications for computers and mobile devices, giant multitouch screens and 3D sensors. I also setup the company’s network and servers: intranet, NAS, Backups, code versioning systems and management and bug tracking software. The main objective of this internship was to design and program an image recognition system that will be implemented on mobile phones, operating with a local database which is faster than cloud-computing systems already existing. However, this problematic showed some limitations of the software developed by Total Immersion, which was unable to recognize low textured objects such as simple logos. As for my second training course, I worked for from 04/05/09 until 28/08/08, in the company Axido Services, designing a security tool for company's computer network (SMEs). This tool included several functionalities such as IDS, Firewall and Proxy. This second training course enabled me to enrich my knowledge in networks, and morevoer to familiarise myself with the world of Open Source software and also the Shell programming. This training course carried out in first year of the engineer cycle, related to the design engineering of the bogies carrying Lille's BREDA tram.
