He was contracted by the USAID Georgia FORECAST project two times: 1) to assist the international consultant in conducting market research and proposal development activities, aimed at contributing to the establishment of a US university branch in Georgia (in 2010), and 2) to lead a group of Georgian experts assisting the Ministry of Economic and Sustainable Development of Georgia in adoption and implementation of e-Government (in 2011). Both times George showed a very high level of professionalism and strong understanding of the subject matter – qualities that led to the successful implementation of the above mentioned activities. George has perfect managerial skills. He can efficiently lead a group of consultants, both local and international.
