Hands off, lets his sales teams build and drive their own businesses and provides guidance and advice when needed. I'd definitely recommend Bryan as a sales manager to anyone.

Bryan hired me into Scale Computing as an Inside Sales rep. He provided me a lot of leeway to hunt and work deals on my own, while at the same time stay connected at the ground level. He was the type of manager you could pull in, with no warning, while on a customer call, and somehow find a way to turn it around or get a commitment. It was a pleasure working with Bryan at Scale, learned a great deal from him, specifically objection handling and product positioning!
