I had the privilege to work with Mariano for nearly 3 years at Giving Assistant. Mariano is a mission driven engineer who always wants to make sure initiates clearly aligned with company-wide objective. He is a great team member who is empathetic, resourceful and self-driven. The biggest testament I can give Mariano is that when we reorganized engineering into cross functional teams, I needed to hire 5 engineering managers. I had no doubt in my mind that Mariano would be a perfect fit for this promotion. After being promoted, Mariano did a fantastic job, drove his team to great results and shine in his new role.
