  In CDV werken zeven onderdelen - Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand, Debiteuren Management, Crediteuren Administratie, Facilitair Bedrijf, Document Logistiek, Procurement en P&O Dienstverlening - samen om de bedrijfsonderdelen van Achmea zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn. Synergie, kennisdelen en leren van elkaar waar mogelijk. Niets meer en minder. Centrale Dienstverlening bepaalt samen met de collega's van de divisies, de interne partners, de gewenste kwaliteit. En deze kwaliteit levert CDV tegen zo laag mogelijke kosten. Zo werkt CDV samen aan toegankelijke en betaalbare producten voor de klanten van Achmea.De bijdrage van CDV aan het realiseren van de MVO doelstellingen van Achmea viel in de portefeuille van de directiesecretaris.
