Natasha Shatalina
As a colleague, Robyn is very professional, extremely polite, has good organization skills, and a strong work ethic. She easily integrates into teams and successfully collaborates with Managers and Administrators alike. She also never refuses to provide support to Operations which has earned her a lot of praise. Robyn has been a key team member by handling Procurement activities for M-I Swaco, and is a very valuable member of both the Procurement & Sourcing Teams and M-I Swaco division due to her service and objectives focus. Robyn has demonstrated a commitment to her professional qualifications by working full time whilst completing her Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree, whilst also pursuing a Chartership. Despite a heavy workload of her own, she has displayed a commendable willingness to learn. Based on her work ethic and team spirit alone, I would highly recommend Robyn

I have worked with Robyn Campbell as a colleague, and have now had the privilege of being her Manager. She is highly motivated, confident and takes ownership of projects and job roles simultaneously. Robyn has done a commendable job with assisting Schlumberger affiliate, M-I Swaco, in their transition into Schlumberger processes and systems. She possesses all the necessary attributes to integrate into new teams, understand different lines and forms of business, and a willingness to adapt and learn. Looking after 13 segments she has done well to communicate with all the M-I groups who are spread across the UK and Mediterranean. Robyn is very professional and always eager to do the tasks asked of her in a quick, accurate, and courteous manner. Everyone I speak with about Robyn has a very high opinion of her, and I am frequently told that she is a delight to work with and always willing to go the extra mile. Robyn will be sorely missed within our organisation but a definite benefit to anyone she works with or anyone who’s lucky enough to know her. I am confident in recommending her.

Part of a small team at oil and gas R&D company, Metrol. At Metrol, I was one of four employees responsible for the end-to-end contracting and purchasing across all categories. Top spends were: - Electronic Components - Fabrication - Machined Parts Throughout the supply chain, Metrol focuses on quality over price. Due to the fast paced nature of the Oil and Gas industry vs. Metrol's values, the company places an emphasis on developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. Consultancy and Research Intern
-
Jun 2011 - Aug 2011
My job entailed developing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients, to write an article for the weekly newsletter, but mostly as a researcher for the Corporate Foundation research project, to be presented to leading Chinese companies and government officials. My research required me to work autonomously and make international calls with the heads of Corporate Foundations within the USA and UK. I conducted my own research for the weekly newsletter to clients, as well as delegated and structured a timetable of work for two other interns. I also worked autonomously by creating a questionnaire and writing up the research produced from it, through interviews held with Heads of Corporate Foundations, including Coca Cola and the Hilton Group. I was then able to compile my research with others at meetings for the final document. Furthermore, whilst in China, I had to adapt to a new business culture and language. Show less

The gentleman allowed me to shadow him as he worked and explained the Supply Chain Process he was in charge of overseeing, and the employee development he had to generate. The gentleman also provided me with information on the Schlumberger Supply Chain Process for my First Year Business essays.
