"Social and effective" are adjectives that come to mind when I think of Silja. I worked with Silja for only four months but even during the short time she impressed me with her way of working. I was impressed with Silja's ability to embrace new things and make things happen agile. And of course, I don't want to forget to mention her amazing teamwork attitude. Silja would be a true asset for any position requiring project management and customer relationship and a great college to work with.
