Terhi reported to me in her Material Technology Manager years. Additionally I have worked and followed Terhi's contribution as well in her Product Quality Manager role years. Terhi manages things and business always conscientiously. She is smart, energy, hard working, always flexible with tasks and hours, being same time very friendly to other team members. She is great in details, leads projects professional ways, keeps focus in correct, asks the same from others. She is delivering tasks and reports always in time. Additionally Terhi is great team member by creating new ideas, being friendly, challenging where needed etc.. I just like Terhi's style and motivation to drive and manage things and tasks! It was my pleasure to work with Terhi when she worked as a variant creation process coordinator, in SW customization team. She was responsible of the fluent SW customization process flow from an initial SW customization request to the product variant approval for production. The work required continuous and close co-operation with several stakeholders globally, like operator contacts and local sales units, R&D projects and SW building team. The work also required accuracy, ability to prioritize, flexibility and pro-active attitude. She managed her task with a great competence and she was real asset for the team. Terhi was a trusted and hard-working team member, and she is easy to get along with.
