  Project Aim:- Generation of different ELF haplotypes with altered Q-region of Arabidopsis thaliana using Golden Gate approach. Transformation into DH5a strain. Generation of transient expression system with the help of protoplast isolation and subsequent transformation with altered Q-region stretches. Detection of expression using GFP tag and its confirmation using Western-Blotting.
