As Director of the Executive Office (DEO)-Project Manager of the Board of Directors (BOD), I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office. With that focus, I operated as “gatekeeper” to the President & CEO, organizing client meetings with key national and state officials, including representatives of the Governor’s office, Senators, State Legislators, Commissioners and agency Directors across the states of PA, NJ, DE and DC. As a member of the Executive Team, I was Project Manager of Community First Boards maintaining governance functions within Community First. I supervised the Executive Admin Assistant and the Admin Associates.Accomplishments/Select Project Highlights: ► Organizational SOP Project: Identified company-wide procedures and criteria (level of risk, impact on internal and external customer, criticality, complexity, frequency and difficulty), by which procedures should be documented and maintained as part of the organizational SOPs. I co-developed a cross-organizational process flow diagram showing where departments intersect and customer interface. ► Partnered with project support for the development and implementation of a Client Experience-Quality Improvement Project (external) and (internal) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project by way of an efficient and effective intranet adoption as a holistic solution to implementing the company-wide behavior change desired and affording the BOD a more efficient way of accessing board materials. ► Partnered with project support for the development and implementation of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) project to provide the executive leadership team with data on how well we control risk. This data provided a basis for leadership to identify and prioritize initiatives – periodically re-evaluating, reassessing and responding to risk with revised and new mitigation strategies.
