I was lucky to work with Tessa for a year on one of our key brand accounts, where she, as Project Manager, ensured our large and multi-functional team stayed on task and on timeline. I worked closely with her on managing influencer and content creator contracts, timelines, and deliverables, and I was impressed with her (very) detailed and expertly organized daily breakdowns of where we were in every stage of the process. These updates streamlined our workflow and made sure everyone knew what their priorities were for the day, and made a direct impact on the team's efficiency. She is a strong communicator and engaged team leader on both internal and client calls, always taking detailed notes and asking the right questions. Not least important, she also introduced a sense of community to our remote team, spearheading weekly "weekend updates" on Slack, which quickly became one of the highlights of my Monday morning. Her presence not only contributed to our success as a team, but directly facilitated many of the close relationships I now have with other team members. A winning combination of both hard and soft management skills, Tessa is an asset to any team she's a part of!

From the moment Tessa was hired as project manager, I could tell she was a person with immense creative heart. She'd photographed a marquee board she staged, announcing the news with colorful confetti. "That's the type of coworker I want to have," I thought! Turns out, she would continue to add thoughtful, creative details throughout our account. For instance: Adding Slack emojis to an otherwise routine check-in task, an emoji to match each topic. Gestures like this make a huge difference. In fact, they're vital. When asked to contribute creative concepts, she did so with a ton of heart. Her ideas were always clever, always with the right feel for the brand. I've also had the pleasure of seeing Tessa's creative flair through crafts, amazing table settings, and bold, Cindy Sherman-like photoshoots. Thank you for going above and beyond your role to contribute to our team's success!
