Jason fundamentally changed my appreciation of design and opened my eyes to just how rare a commodity brilliant Art Directors are. I have not worked with anyone before in the design space that can make products looks great, scale in terms of feature growth and iteration, and bring the perspective necessary to deliver a world class product, not just an MVP. In addition to his design and technical abilities, he also works very hard to improve the skills of junior team members, and fully engages in product discussions. I wish I could have this level of art direction, product input, and sheer quality of contribution from a single person, on all of my teams in the future.

Jason produced some of the best design for a site (kabam.com) that I have ever seen. Faced with multiple stakeholders and games with multiple designs, he was able to lead a team that produced a core design that was able to both meld and elevate multiple different types of collateral. The result was a design for a destination site, that received near universal critical acclaim from peers, customers and the industry as a whole.
