Three things stand out about Divya. Creativity, intelligence, and humor. Divya is clearly among the most creative people I have worked with. Her creativity is not restricted to words; she has the ability to think beyond the obvious. The obvious media channels, the obvious communication options, and the obvious (and ad nauseam) brand campaigns. She can challenge trends and accepted behaviors without being foolhardy or impractical about her suggestions. Divya has the intelligence to grasp things by their very roots. Rather frequently, I would start telling her something and never needed to finish it because she understood exactly (a) what was being said and (b) what was needed to be done. To find someone with that level of intelligence was exhilarating! It still is. Humor is what helps Divya sail through demanding situations. I can never forget how she leavened tough times by just looking at the light (and bright) side of situations. Of how she has the boldness and the balance to tell the truth without offending anyone, and that too, with a touch of a jest. One who's reading this - go, hire her. You will thank me later :)
