I've had the pleasure of working with Michael during my time in blinkbox / TalkTalk TV. Michael started as a Junior UX Designer but quickly absorbed knowledge and demonstrated his talent to earn the UX Designer position. He helped numerous times to bridge the gap between requirements and development, keeping the end user in mind at all times. He was able to communicate clearly the intended UX but he was also open to feedback and collaborated directly with the stakeholders to come up with the best possible solution. He was always available and eager to help and guide the Product Owner or the Development Team and showed a genuine passion for his work and for achieving the best result for our customers. By the end of my stay in the company Michael took ownership of increasingly more responsibilities and acted at a level quite above his position, demonstrating once again how talented and determined he is. I would totally recommend Michael for anyone requiring a UX Designer. Apart from skilled and highly suitable for the job, he's also a great guy to be around.
