LifeHealthcare is a multinational medical device distributor focused on providing access to world-leading medical devices for Australian and New Zealand patients. LHC has a broad portfolio of products in various channels that include Spine, Orthopedics, Robotics, Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery and Neurovascular Intervention. In this role I am responsible for controlling stock consigned to various district health boards across New Zealand, in such a way as to assure constant availability of devices used for neurovascular interventions used on brain aneurysms and strokes. Due to the nature of the devices supplied, extreme attention to detail is expected and valued.Another aspect of my role is to facilitate stock rotation and identify items that need to be consumed/rotated in order to prevent losses due to product expiry and optimize inventory usage.I also provide support for my peers by processing client orders and overseeing their work on dispatch, in order to prevent discrepancies. I have proven high level of attention to detail; evident through periodic rolling stock takes. I manage product complaints and product service with a high outcome of customer satisfaction by establishing close relationships with suppliers and our field team.

Dominion Constructors is a leader in the construction industry with projects ranging from commercial building of concrete superstructures, such as Skytower and Pacifica building on Auckland CBD and Mainfreight warehouses across the country to interiors, residential and demolition jobs. In order to support all their building sites and make more efficient use of resources, they have set up a warehouse for tools and materials. On this role I was responsible for managing stock levels and autonomously procuring tools and materials, as well as managing all maintenance and logistics for site support. This included negotiations with suppliers, leveraging on buy power provided by bulk buying, procurement and receipt of goods, asset managing and traceability within internal clients and servicing assets when due.

Ipiranga is the second larger Brazilian fuel distribution company and largest in the private sector. The company comprises and supports over 6500 gas stations, 1400 convenience stores and also corporate clients such as logistic companies, passenger transport companies and industrial clients such as mining operations. On my role in the engineering department, I have assisted with administrative routines as well as managing assets under consignment and under contract to third parties. The interface with contractors required great accuracy and precision by means of clear purchase order requisitions, particularly when it came to visual identity items. Due to the vast team involved with keeping such a large client base, a great part of this role included addressing internal and external clients' needs, organizing and controlling project documents, devising a training schedule for contractors and suppliers.
