Working alongside Anton in the Change + Optimisation Practice at Allen + Clarke was a fortunate experience. Ever-humble, Anton led some strategically critical planning and design-thinking pieces of work that made and will continue to make a difference to Aotearoa New Zealand. He brings a wealth of business experience and takes a co-design development approach to his work. I recommend Anton and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Anton is a significant strategic thought leader. His wealth of real world experience at senior levels further accelerates his ability to understand complex business problems and craft and implement tailored remedies be that at the strategic, tactical or operational levels. I highly recommend Anton to Boards and Senior Executive Teams who are either seeking a trusted advisor to help them craft and implement strategic change or who are seeking calm and considered advice and support in dealing with significant crises or intractable business problems.

Other examples of my work: o NSW Government Cyber Incident Response Plan (2018) o Strategy and Governance Review for the Central Bank of PNG (2018) o The Australian Government Office for Women (OFW) Corporate Strategy (2017): o Interplast Strategic Plan 2014-18. o The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) Security Capability Roadmap (2016) o The PM&C Corporate Services Transformation Blueprint 2014-15 o PM&C Financial Management Strategy o Australian Climate Change Regulator Corporate Strategy & Organisation Design (Blueprint)
