Reimagined was borne out of the idea of creating an empowering and self-sustaining approach to consulting. Having been at the receiving end of typical consulting models the thought of bringing bespoke strategic advice into (rather than alongside) an existing business or team was both exciting and compelling. Working with Sam Mendelsohn we developed a unique, nimble and detailed philosophy to deliver for clients in ways they never thought possible. The approach thrives on embedding within the client's businesses, building future pathways with the teams responsible for deliver to enhance outcomes. This has resulted in listening and investing in those responsible for delivery of the next phase of growth or development to ensure consultancy spend is fully converted, teams are aligned and outcomes are long-term and sustainable.
