I was still heavily involved with all aspects of the business, including contract negotiation, and I worked closely with personnel in the design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance operations. During my tenure with the company, annual revenue rose from approximately $1,800,000.00 to nearly $6,000,000.00, with net profit percentage increasing during that time frame as well. I worked closely with subcontractors to maintain those relationships and to recruit other qualified and skilled subcontractors that were capable of completing the complex projects that the company was involved in. I stayed in contact with clients throughout the project to make sure their requests were met and that the guarantees that were made had been fulfilled.
