I've worked with Robert Mallory for over 5 years with Solectron and Flextronics Corporations on the Verizon Wireless Account. During this time, I worked as a technician directly reporting to Robert's area for roughly 8 months, and then as a trainer in Robert's area for the remainder of Robert's time with the company. It was a pleasure to work with Robert. He is an excellent manager and leader, and the role model of a professional. He led his area to consistently achieve and surpass their goals as well as growing the business in the Upstate NY market. Robert saw many of the employees in his area develop and grow in the company due to his ability to motivate and educate them in order take advantage of opportunities for advancement. Robert's area saw some of the most growth, and productive years under his leadership.
