Celeste reminds me of a female version of Jack Welch or Steve Jobs. She is extremely driven, always seeking clarity and very passionate about her work. I had the pleasure of learning from and working with Celeste for three years at the beginning of my career at Holmes & Marchant Singapore. To say I am grateful for all the lessons, advice and guidance, to name a few, that she constantly offered (and still continues to offer) would be a massive understatement! She is an inspiring leader who puts in genuine effort well beyond what one would expect into developing individuals and teams, and that comes through in everyone that has worked under or with her. And once you’ve worked together, you have to try really hard to get things wrong! She believes in building extremely strong foundations, keeping a hawk-eye on the details, all while delivering the bigger picture in mind. No challenge is ever too difficult or complex - her results-oriented, objective-driven approach to everything she takes on is something I greatly envy and try to bring into my work on a daily basis. Beyond work, Celeste continues to be a great friend and mentor, trustworthy and sincere, and has played a huge role in my professional and personal development.
