Besides overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters, I also carried on the digital transformation journey by leading the in-house finance team to complete the migration to XERO accounting software for the group, achieving >99% paperless accounting. I also played a key role in helping the business in securing a high five-figure Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), a government grant support to help businesses to grow and upgrade their capabilities.
