  Within a company's existing functional structure, this unique system "rewires" decision-making to activate deep organizational intelligence and creativity. The name "dynamic self-governance" stems from the method's roots in system dynamics and the science of steering and control (cybernetics). This training and subsequent experience as a facilitator has helped me to learn to communicate with others at the core of their beliefs by listening deeply to their own passion and drive. Utilizing these skills of communication through both oral and written modalities translate into sharing powerful illustrations, meaningful stories and direct information exchange This method ensures equal voice to all participants in conversation and problem solving until consent has been reached. I have found it to be incredibly effective at getting to the core of compassion and promoting of tolerance which leads to group dynamics which ensure an outcome in which everyone is involved in and invested in succeeding.
