Carrie is by far the best property manager I have ever had. It’s hard to specify what her talents are because she seems to be gifted all around. She is kind, genuine, hardworking, intelligent, and ALWAYS makes her residents/clients her top priority. As a resident at her property, I felt safe knowing that whatever came up, Carrie would handle it professionally and efficiently. She is the consummate professional, but somehow balanced that with a personality that makes you feel like she is your friend. I would recommend Carrie for virtually ANY management position. She could learn the business, whatever it is, but the managerial skills she has are transferable anywhere.
