  I was in charge of diversifying our clients’ portfolio. To do so, my role was to understand the needs of our potential clients, challenge them and accompany them in their strategic reflection and the development of their initiatives and projects. Once our approach was defined, I assembled the appropriate talents within our team to organize our answer and deliver - in sometimes extremely tight schedules - our proposals.From a Brand Perspective and taking advantage of my academic background in Creative Advertising - Art Direction, I was in charge of showing the world who we are and what we do, in our presentations, our commercial documents, our online presence and as well as our marketing tools.

  My career as project manager, started with a major event, not only by its size but by its international influence, the XIIIth Summit of French Speaking Countries in Montreux (the biggest international gathering organized by the Swiss Confederation), which was held in October 2010. The event turned out to be a real success thus adding to PublicisLive’s great reputation as well as an important step in my career.

  During my first year at the agency, I was part of a team dedicated to corporate events and participated to the organization of complex, high-level international conferences and summits in the Middle East (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, etc.).
