This allows them to focus on their specialty, while creating a patient-centered healthcare experience that promotes access, coordination, and clinical care, ultimately improving patient outcomes. -Providing practices and health systems a branded experience and virtual care team to support their women’s health care practices while empowering their onsite clinicians to practice at the top of their license and reduce burnout. -Keeping patients connected to their OB/GYNS and their remote care team so they can easily access their personal health information and receive the guidance, advice, and care needed anytime from anywhere.

The OHMG is made up of more than 130 providers, at 30 practice locations, and 17 medical specialties. As the CMO I also serve as one of the leaders of Clinical Transformation; a comprehensive inter-disciplinary approach to achieve care delivery excellence throughout the patient care continuum that measurably improves quality, creates holistic, patient centered care experiences, and reduces healthcare costs by reducing waste and optimizing the value proposition. This is done through the effective alignment of people, process and technology that enables and supports rapid cycle tests of innovation leading to creative, effective solutions. Lastly I have the responsibility for critical operating decisions including strategy and budget development, financial management, recruitment of physicians, etc., for the following areas: clinical process improvement, clinical transformation, electronic medical records, quality/patient safety endeavors, infection control, compliance and regulatory oversight for hospital-based physician contracts and physician satisfaction and engagement.
