I was one of Quizaira's clients when she worked at 501cTEch/TechImpact. Quizaira was always very professional and competent in dealing with clients. She is very knowledgeable in her field. When we had questions regarding a product she was not familiar with, she was honest about her capacity in that program and would research personally and with colleagues on the system and report back the answer to our questions. Quizaira has an infectious smile and positive attitude and her personality is an incredible asset to any team. She is a pleasure to work with and know.

Quizaira and I worked together while she was at 501cTECH/Tech Impact. She was the Program Manager for E*TRADE's Technology for Community Change Program, which was the first of its kind - in this region - to provide technology support to increase the capacity of nonprofit organizations in the Washington, DC metro region. Quizaira was super organized, responsive and an excellent project manager. I know that the nonprofit organizations really loved working with her because they would give me excellent feedback as the funder of the Program. Quizaira would visit the nonprofits, get to know them - their mission, how they operated and made an impact in the community. She always left them with a Strategic Technology Assessment and also worked with them to identify immediate needs which she responded to. This included hard and software updates and setting up of Share Point databases. Quizaira also provided hands-on assistance to the nonprofits until all the issues to do with the upgrades were resolved and the staff understood how to use the new software. Quizaira is expert at bringing technology to community. She has an unusual blend of technology skills and a knowledge of community development issues. She is passionate about making an impact in community. She is a strategic thinker and very responsive. Just as important, she is very pleasant to work with.
