PickUp USA Fitness is a unique gym that incorporates basketball into fitness. Not only do we offer a fully equipped fitness room, but we also offer additional services that pertain to basketball such as private/group training and officiated pickup games. I manage 500+ inquiries per month from individuals and groups looking to franchise our concept. I introduce our program by providing information about our core services, an overview of the franchising program, and an initial investment estimate. From there, I determine if these prospects are qualified to start our discovery process.

I ensured that the gym is up to PickUp USA Standards by following protocols and maintaining a proper workout environment for people of all ages. I worked with other managers to ensure that everyone's performing their duties. I followed up on 110+ inquiries a day and gave prospects tours of the gym. I helped members find the services they're looking for whether it's court rentals, private/group training, or exploring different membership options. I also helped resolve any membership issues.
