In our Factory in Vietnam, I've learned from all our great Managers, that a garment is not just made up by a design and a stitchlock machine. It takes a lot of effort from a lot of people to go from an idea to a product that is smart, useful, comfortable, waterproof, windproof and breathable. I practised how to cut the fabric, find the materials and how to sew fabrics together. I sad with the team who plan the production and with the management. I did a short internship in my favorite charity organisation in Denmark. I was lucky to meet the Secretary General; Henrik Stubkjær, So I asked for a short internship about how he was leading the organisation, and what he saw as the purpose. It was interesting, already in a very young age to see what a Top Leader was doing. The most memorable time in Bilka was a trip to Malawi, which i was the lucky winner of because of a good colleague. Bilka was collecting money for charity in the "Support Malawi" program made by Dan Church Aid and Bilka. I was collecting around 10.000 DKK for the program with help from friends and family and a bunch of good ideas. When not travelling I was during customer service, making offers and doing my best to give our customers the support they needed. I became Trainee of the year in the whole chain of Bilka stores.
