  As a medtech I make sure all of the residents receive their prescribed medication at the time they are supposed to receive it, reorder medication, test resident's blood sugar when needed, and do anything else that is asked by the nurse. As a CNA I help the residents with their daily cares such as grooming, getting to the bathroom, showering them, and helping the residents with any other requests that they may have.
