I would highly recommend, India Meder! She reached out to me for a position over at Christus Health. At first I had my doubts coz when I checked Bravotech, it said in their web page that they are an I.T. recruiting company. So I had to ask India about it and her answers actually checked out with my research about their company. So I decided to go ahead and send her my resume. After waiting for about a week, I already felt hopeless coz I still didn’t hear back from Christus. Suddenly I got an email from India asking if I ever heard back from Christus, felt like she read my mind all the way in California! Lol I was just surprised that she did that, coz I have been applying with other hospitals all over Texas and talked with recruiters but none of them ever reached out and asked me if I ever heard from the employer. So I told her no and she immediately told me to just sit tight and she was going to get in touch with them. Didn’t take long after she told me that she was going to call them, I got a call asking me to schedule an interview date and I got the job eventually. She will really look out for y’all and will even give you tips on how to answer questions from the HR rep! So, thank you so much, India!
