  Take responsibility for a variety of Recruitment, Training and Development activities to make sure efficient, effective, and equitable.1. Talent Acquisition:- Being in charge of recruitment strategies to attract talents for organizational needs.- Making and controlling yearly recruitment plan including costs based on the company’s strategy and HRM’s plan. - Implementing full cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing CV to onboarding for all positions (from entry-level to management level). Details as below:+ Providing consultation to managers on staffing and placement options.+ Searching for CVs from different sources: Recruitment Websites, Social networks, University and internal referrals.+ Screening and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews with prospective ones, proceeding offers, and onboarding.+ Prepare onboarding gifts/letters, workspace, and welcome new employees.+ Implementing orientation training, and taking care of new employees during probation time.- Build up and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of talent pools (mainly in the Furniture Industry).2. Training & Development:- Assisting HRM in analyzing training needs, implementing, and evaluating training outcomes and performance improvement.- Coordinate with agencies to conduct specific training programs.- Taking assignments as determined by HRM.3. Other tasks:- Administration work, activities in the HR (prepare offer letter, probation contract...).- In charge of some HR projects (Successor Program, Employee Engagement Survey, Christmas Events, OJM…).- Other tasks assigned by HRM.
