Kurt has the best interpersonal and communication skills I have ever seen in my working career. In organizations these days Kurt is the type of person you need on your team to succeed and is greatly underrated and underappreciated for his talents. He knows how to create and maintain strong genuine connections between different groups working together on the same project or towards the same goal. His humorous yet professional attitude in conjunction with these skills is truly what allows people to enjoy their work and drives success on a project. I miss working with Kurt and hopefully we will work together again someday in the future. An asset to any team!
