MSC will advocate for client and promote self-advocacy and to make informed choices, if appropriate. • To monitor and maintain benefits. (I.e. SSI, SSD, Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance) • To review annual assessment of client’s specific needs relative to his capacity to evacuate from the home/apartment in a timely manner in the event of a fire emergency.
