As a teacher assistant, I was given the same tasks as the head teacher. I monitored the children's engagement, advised them in proper reading/writing/speaking and social skills, and supported them in their developmental stages. I worked in 9 different classrooms, consisting of 15-20 children in each room. Working at Hilltop taught me valuable knowledge of responsibility, organization, problem solving, teamwork and patience.
