DREA Inc. worked on projects that included fashion shows, expositions, weddings, quinciena, and a variety of other social events. I oversaw warehouse logistics of all event equipment. Guadalajara is a city of 4 million people and when running multiple events, logistics is a critical and complex task. On-site, was responsible for tasks related to logistics including set up, greeting clients, DJing, management of staff, tear down and return of equipment to warehouse.
