In her role, Tricia overseas all aspects of the client service experience and works closely with our banking partners at BMO Bank of Montreal to assist clients with any of their banking needs. My introduction to serving clients in financial services began in 1987. I worked as a licensed sales assistant to investment advisors; learning all about the administration and financial markets.In 1992 I was promoted to Administration Manager; responsible for overseeing sales assistants for four downtown Toronto branches. With the merger of Nesbitt Thomson and Burns Fry and the subsequent acquisition to become BMO Nesbitt Burns I was fortunate to be involved in a variety of training and development projects relating to these mergers. In 1997 I became responsible for the regional administration for the Metro Toronto Division which encompassed project management and overseeing eleven branches in the Toronto and GTA region until deciding to return to a client facing role with a senior Advisory Team in 2002.
