Christel is that special kind of person who understands both the big picture value of any particular program and can also track and take care of the smallest details to make sure each individual program participant feels safe, valued, and cared for as a person. I had the good fortune to be a participant on a program Christel was running while she was with ESA. I watched with admiration as Christel assessed our group and made program changes on the fly based on the personality of the group which benefited both us as participants and her company overall. She really proved to me how well she and her company would take care of my customers. All of this goes to say that any company would be fortunate to have a person with Christel’s knowledge, professionalism, drive and compassion on their team.
