      Liz is the voice behind the words of Liz Caskey Culinary & Wine Experiences online journal/blog, "Eat Wine" with her Chilean husband, Francisco Ramirez, the photographer. Together they wrote the cookbook, "Knack South America Cooking" published by Globe Pequeot Press covering the foods of Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, and Brazil, with 96 authentic recipes standardized for an international kitchen and broken down into 3 steps with photos. They have also written commissioned pieces as the photographer-writer team for publications by Latam Airlines, Sherman's Travel, El Mercurio, La Tercera, and Placeres Magazine, among others.Liz has also served as the local producer for Anthony Bourdain's TV series, No Reservations in Chile along with PBS/Gourmet magazine program, Diary of a Foodie along with cooking as a TV chef on popular Chilean morning show, "Buenos Dias a Todos (TVN)" broadcast live throughout Chilean territory in 2005.
