From my first day at Agorize, which I joined straight after graduating from university, it was immediately apparent that Billie cared deeply about cultivating me professionally. During my 1.5 years at the company, he often assigned work to me with minimal guidance. He's a big proponent of "learning by doing" and was comfortable with giving me the time and independence to establish my own work methodology. At Brandfire, Billie impressed me with his ability to juggle multiple roles - while not skipping a beat on any one of them. As a QA Developer, Billie worked closely with me and other teammates to resolve all issues in our code. This is where Billie's meticulous communication was especially valuable to pushing out a polished product. Simultaneously, Billie was a Project Coordinator AND also completed full site client projects on his own, an impressive feat as the client was very, very impressed with the results.
