Sugar is a creative agency with the sole desire to be the authority in user experience design. As a Digital Producer at Sugar, I was tasked with coordinating and supervising projects that involved the creation of digital media, while driving the creative process from ideation to delivery. I managed a small team of local designers and international contractors, hand-picked and vetted to produce the best quality user experience and user interface design possible. Our team gave careful consideration to the ways in which users interacted with digital products and services that they so rightfully deserved. Show less

Marketing Communications

Jan 2013 - Jun 2013
At ADP I managed daily internal communications for the Victorian branch, and often all the Australian offices. These were mostly organisational updates and newsletters regarding government changes affecting payroll. My tasks included handling client communications, updating and maintaining the ADP Australia external and internal websites, developing and maintaining marketing collateral such as product brochures and flyers, temporarily managing net promoter score (NPS) data and reports; used as a primary performance indicator. One of my major projects was the management of the entire communication process for a new office move. This required the development of a strategy and regular meetings with facilities management teams, the legal department and human resources. Show less
