I had to rely heavily on Rufus and another Technical Lead on my projects because the entire team of developers was off-shore. Rufus is excellent at keeping me informed on development progress and is always reliable and consistent on his work. He is a great resource when it comes to technology. He welcomes open discussion and we can bounce ideas off of each other to ensure we have come up with the best viable solution for our users. I tried to recruit him on one of my projects but it didn’t work out due to off-shore restriction in my team. I would love the opportunity to work with Rufus again.

To start with first time when I saw him I thought is this guy talented....:-), After that we started working together and I was amazed with the skill sets he has....Rufus is a Result driven professional...he generally talks very less when its business but his outputs have always been amazing. He is man of humor and maintains a very jovial environment, He is architect who can design, develop applications which are secure without impacting performance measures. He is also real quality oriented person and he checks with the team when the testers test and says did you find this defect, in that manner he ensures that he is connected with the entire team. Last but not the least he is very straight forward and open in giving feedback.
