It was my privilege to work closely with Jessica during my year and a half at Namely. I reported directly to her, sourcing opportunities for her to expertly carry through the sales process. Jessica stands out for many reasons; namely, her ability to build unbreakable relationships with her potential clients, her expertise in the technology industry, and her passion for mentorship. Jessica is able to connect immediately and deeply with anyone she speaks with. She is passionately determined to understand every potential client's professional and personal goals; from there, she is able to expertly consult them on how to achieve those goals. I have worked with Jessica on deals that to most salespeople would be considered dead or "unwinnable", and she has found ways to revive them and close, based on the strong relationship she has built with the potential client. I have learned an incredible amount about relationship-building and consulting simply watching her in action, and it has been a pleasure to be a part of. I tend to be really hard on sales people who speak in buzz words, mostly because I have no idea what they are talking about. When I met Jessica on the last day of Dreamforce several years ago, she was high energy, smart and gave a superb pitch in terms I could really understand. She was so credible and articulated the Sales Predict value so well, that I left the booth and immediately called our sales VP to see if he could come down to Dreamforce and try to recruit her to Searchmetrics. I ended up leaving the company soon after and made my way over to Zoomdata. When I was looking for a predictive analytics vendor, I immediately thought of Sales Predict because I remembered Jessica. I shopped all of the vendors in the space, but I kept coming back to Jessica. She understands her product and her competitors, never misleads to get a sale, and never wastes your time. Jessica is the type of sales person I hope others will emulate, and I will always take her call and continue to buy from her.
